Use support when login, billing, plan limits, password reset, order access, or security questions block your team.

Account and login

Business users can sign in with email or phone numbers. Local numbers, + country code, and 00 prefixes are normalized for supported countries.

Password reset

Password reset uses a private email link when email delivery is available. If no email arrives, ask the administrator to check your account email.

Plan and billing questions

Ask your platform administrator to confirm the selected plan, subscription status, renewal date, and whether imports or advanced reports are enabled.

Security or privacy concern

Report suspicious account access, exposed order data, or incorrect customer risk data immediately so the platform administrator can review logs and access.

Cannot sign in

Try email, local phone, or country-code phone format. Use password reset if the password is unknown.

No reset email

Ask the platform administrator to verify your account email and email delivery.

Plan blocked

Confirm whether the business is trial, active, expired, or blocked, then review billing or access notes.

Security concern

Report suspicious access, incorrect roles, exposed order data, or suspicious customer-risk records immediately.
